Mark Zuckerberg’s paternity leave is off to an adorable start.

The tech mogul shared a photo Friday of him changing baby Max’s diaper from their home in Palo Alto, California, writing: “One more down, thousands to go.”

Zuckerberg and wife Priscilla Chan announced the birth of their first child on Dec. 1 along with an announcement that they will give away 99 percent of their Facebook fortune through the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, to “advance human potential and promote equality for all children in the next generation.”

He has shared two other sweet photos with baby Max, one in which he and Chan read her Quantum Physics for Babies.
