Miley Cyrus’s new music video is very very Miley.

In the spot for “BB Talk,” from her collaboration with The Flaming Lips, “Miley Cyrus and Her Dead Petz,” the singer dons a baby outfit, sucks her toes and rolls around with a giant bottle. The aesthetic feels like an extension of her Instagram, which, if you haven’t checked it out, do.

Sample lyrics include: “Fuck me so you stop baby talkin,” “You know it’s sweet and you couldn’t be more opposite of my last dickhead but you know I don’t know if I can get over the fucking goo” and “Why the fuck would I want to lick your teeth? But I do.”
