A new trailer for Homeland Season 4 has arrived online, and shows Carrie back in the Middle East in the line of duty.
With the story of Nicholas Brody all wrapped up, the fourth series is set to take the primary narrative in a new direction, as Carrie finds herself posted to a new assignment overseas.
There’s no sign of the child she was pregnant with at the end of the last series, although that promises to add to the litany of personal demons our CIA heroine keeps bubbling below the surface…
Take a look at the new trailer, below…
Nice to see Corey Stoll added to the cast here, while Rupert Friend’s Peter Quinn looks more haunted than ever. Life in the employ of the CIA has never seemed less appealing…
Co-starring the returning Mandy Patinkin as Saul, Homeland Season 4 will debut in the US on 5 October 2014, with the UK premiere expected to air shortly afterwards.
