A gameplay trailer for the upcoming PlayStation 4-exclusive role-playing game Bloodborne has emerged, showing off the game’s dark environments, weapons, and otherwordly enemies.
If it gives off a Demon’s Souls/Dark Souls vibe, that’s probably because the mastermind of those acclaimed franchises–Hidetaka Miyazaki–is working on Bloodborne as its director. The game is in development at From Software in conjunction with Sony Japan Studio. It’s scheduled to launch in 2015.
In the event that the trailer above gets removed, you can watch a minute-long Bloodborne gameplay clip captured at E3 right here. For more on the game, check out GameSpot managing editor Randolph Ramsay’s thoughts on the similarities and differences between Bloodborne and Dark Souls.
