With anticipation building for Kanye West’s new album “Swish,” rapper and president of West’s G.O.O.D Music label Pusha T joined HuffPost Live and dished on what we can expect from Yeezy’s latest.
Pusha, whose own project “King Push – Darkest Before Dawn: The Prelude” drops Dec. 18, said he was impressed when he heard a version of the album about a month ago.
“His new album is incredible,” he said. “Everybody is gonna be in for a treat. I can say that it’s a mixture of all of the best Kanye moments I love.”
But “Swish” isn’t done quite yet. Last week, ‘Ye took to Twitter to update his fans on the status of his seventh studio album, and apparently West wants to be left alone to finish it.
no offense to anyone… I’m asking everyone DON’T ASK ME FOR ANYTHING TILL AFTER I’M FINISHED WITH MY ALBUM

With the album’s finishing touches still in the works, Pusha stayed tight-lipped on specifics about the music.
“[West is] super meticulous about how he messages his album, so I’m going to leave it at that,” he said.
