The Kill Bill series notwithstanding, Quentin Tarantino isn’t one for producing direct sequels to his films. But if you’re craving a follow-up to Tarantino’s most recent effort, Django Unchained, you’re in luck. As long as you’re not expecting a movie.
Instead, Tarantino is teaming with comic legend Matt Wagner for a comic book mini-series called Django/Zorro. As the name suggests, the series will see Tarantino’s wandering bounty hunter Django Freeman cross paths with Don Diego de la Vega’s masked alter ego. The series is billed as a legitimate sequel to Django Unchained, with Tarantino co-plotting the story alongside Wagner.
