It didn’t take long for Republicans to denounce Donald Trump on Saturday after he suggested that Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.), who spent five and a half years as a prisoner of war in North Vietnam, may not be a war hero.
One exception was Sen. Ted Cruz (Texas), who refuse to criticize Trump.
