Television fans everywhere are ready to cry their eyes out when “Parks and Recreation” airs its final episode on Feb. 24, but it’s already all over for the residents of Pawnee. The cast has wrapped production on the show, and HuffPost Live’s Ricky Camilleri spoke to Retta, aka Donna Meagle, on Monday about how it all went down. She said the end of the series really hit her during the wrap party, but there were also plenty tears during the “super depressing” final day of shooting.
