Robin Williams’ daughter, Zelda Rae, took to social media Monday night to honor her late father. Williams was found dead of an apparent suicide in his Tiburon, California, home earlier in the day.
The 25-year-old actress posted a quote by French writer Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, taken from his timeless classic “The Little Prince,” which shines a light on her father’s comedic genius.
She signed the quote, also posted to Instagram, “I love you. I miss you. I’ll try to keep looking up.”

Two weeks ago, for Zelda’s birthday, the Oscar-winning actor posted a sweet throwback photo of the two of them to Instagram. “Quarter of a century old today but always my baby girl,” he captioned it.
William’s wife, Susan Schneider, released a statement earlier in the day on behalf of the family. “This morning, I lost my husband and my best friend, while the world lost one of its most beloved artists and beautiful human beings. I am utterly heartbroken,” Schneider said. “On behalf of Robin’s family, we are asking for privacy during our time of profound grief. As he is remembered, it is our hope that the focus will not be on Robin’s death but on the countless moments of joy and laughter he gave to millions.”
