It’s been a year since Robin Williams died, and his death is sure to be on the minds of all of his family and friends.
Sarah Michelle Gellar, who co-starred with Williams in CBS’ ‘The Crazy Ones,’ posted a touching tribute to the late actor on Instagram.
“To laugh often and much; to win the respect of the intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate beauty; to find the beauty in others; to leave the world a bit better wether[sic] by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition; to know that one life has breathed easier because you lived here. This is to have succeeded,” she said, quoting the poet Ralph Waldo Emerson, “You succeeded RW.”
The quote accompanied a photo of the bench from Good Will Hunting, which has since been turned into a makeshift memorial for the beloved comedian:
