Now, this is huuuugeeee.

For a while, people have looked on in disbelief as Donald Trump comes out with polarizing statement after polarizing statement, culminating recently in the presidential candidate’s plan to ban all Muslims from entering the U.S.

It’s been called hateful and shocking, but now, it makes sense.

“The Daily Show” has a theory on Trump, and it finally explains where all this craziness is coming from. Senior political correspondent Hasan Minhaj lists the evidence: Trump is “an extremist leader who came out of nowhere, he’s self-financed, recruits through social media, attracts his followers with a radical ideology to take over the world, and is trying to actively promote a war between Islam and the West.”

The conclusion: Donald Trump is White ISIS. (Or, as Minhaj puts it: WISIS)

Whoa. OK, so Donald Trump was WISIS the whole time? That’s just crazy enough to make sense. If anything, it explains why J.K. Rowling said Trump is way worse than Voldemort. Even He Who Must Not Be Named would probably call Trump’s anti-Muslim policies riddikulus.
