The cast and creators of the CW’s upcoming Arrow spinoff series, The Flash, were on-hand at today’s TCA (Television Critics Association) press tour to tease a bit of what audiences can expect from the series

Executive producers Greg Berlanti and Andrew Kreisberg and Geoff Johns, Chief Creative Officer at DC, took the opportunity to reveal that Prison Break star Wentworth Miller has been cast as Captain Cold. The character will appear in the fourth episode and will mark the introduction of the super-villain team The Rogues (which include: Flash-haters Mirror Master, The Trickster, Weather Wizard, and Captain Boomerang among others).
