Season 5 of “The Walking Dead” kicks off Sunday night, so, in order to usher in the premiere, “The Tonight Show” remixed clips from the show into the “Welcome Back, Kotter” theme.

If this doesn’t get you excited for the new season, nothing will.

“The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” airs weeknights at 11:35 p.m. ET on NBC.

Season 5 of “The Walking Dead” premieres Sunday, Oct. 12, at 9:00 p.m. ET on AMC.
