Because this guy is going to treat you “actually, sociopolitically right.” As in, he’ll make sure sex is a conversation in which your needs are fulfilled. He will think your sexual liberation is sexy, and he will not, under any circumstances, treat you like a piece of property. He definitely promises to “never slut shame, snack shame, body snark or mansplain.”

But if the relationship doesn’t live up to your standards, let him know, “because this is a dialogue.”

On a more serious note, with all the male-centered R&B songs out there, it’s refreshing to hear a tune that actually describes a healthy relationship, where both partners are equals, and the sex does not revolve around the man’s orgasm.
