Tom Cruise must love living on the wild side.

The actor, who’s known for doing his own film stunts, has taken things to new heights for his latest flick, “Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation.”

In a new stunt featurette, released by the movie’s YouTube Channel on Monday, we see Cruise complete what might be one of his craziest stunts to date — hanging off a plane. That’s right, the actor clings for dear life onto the side of a plane as it takes off, leaving his feet dangling in the air. Talk about an adrenaline rush.

The one-minute clip begins with the question, “Why do the stunts look real?” Well, now we know. They are real. And terrifying.
