While the Meta Quest VR headset might steal the spotlight, it’s not the only wearable in Meta’s lineup. The company recently partnered with Ray-Ban to create a collection of smart glasses that let you ask questions to Meta AI, listen to music, or snap photos of your surroundings. Like traditional Ray-Ban glasses, they’re both stylish and highly customizable, and right now they’re seeing steep discounts for Black Friday.
Exact discounts vary by model, though one of the best choices is the Wayfarer frames for $239 (was $299). These are the most minimalist of the frames up for grabs, offering a simple black design with thick arms that do a great job hiding all the gadgetry packed inside. For something flashier, you can grab Headliner frame for $239 (was $299) or the Wayfarer style for $263 (was $329).
Aside from looking great, the Meta Ray-Ban Smart Glasses feature built-in cameras so you can snap photos or record video without your phone. The ultra-wide 12MP camera and five microphones allow it to record surprisingly good footage, which can then be shared to Facebook, Instagram, or stored on your smartphone via the mobile companion app.
