Last week, the Internet was set abuzz after shirtless photos of Vin Diesel looking a little less-ripped than we’re used to seeing him made the rounds.
But the 48-year-old star wasn’t about to take cruel comments about his physique lying down.
“It is amazing the response from the journalists who I have been talking to for the last two days in New York. Today one wanted to see the dad bod,” he wrote on Instagram on Sunday along with a photo of himself looking like his buff self. “Haha. I am wondering if I should show the picture… Body-shaming is always wrong! What do you think?”
The actor then shared a photo of his six-pack abs that put all those “dad bod” comments to rest.

“The pic from yesterday… For those who wanted the show… For all the angels that love dad bod regardless… I will post an exclusive video on my Facebook when I am done with press today,” he wrote.
