As we get get closer to fall and the debut of AXIS, we’re learning more details about Marvel’s upcoming X-Men/Avengers crossover event. We know that the story pits an alliance of X-Men and Avengers against Red Onslaught and a team of villains that includes Doctor Doom, Sabretooth, Loki, Hobgoblin, and Carnage. We also know that AXIS will be written by Rick Remender and spins out of the events of his Uncanny Avengers series.

Marvel has hinted that AXIS will have its fair share of tie-in comics, but so far the only confirmed tie-ins have been the “Road to AXIS” preludes in books like Captain America, Uncanny Avengers, and Magneto. But today Marvel revealed the covers and details for two AXIS tie-ins that focus on specific members of Red Onslaught’s crew.
