Peter Stormare, who’s been in everything from Fargo to FOX’s Prison Break to NBC’s The Blacklist, is joining Season 3 of Arrow as Count Vertigo. Of course, this would be the show’s second Count seeing as how the first version of the character was portrayed by Seth Gabel in Seasons 1 and 2.

With Gabel’s Count having been defeated last year, Stormare will step in as “Werner Zytle” – a new purveyor of the drug Vertigo. TVGuide.com reports that Zytle, who will go by the name Vertigo, will be the first villain Oliver and his team faces in Season 3.
