It seems there is actually a limit to the number of comics Charles Soule can write simultaneously. Soule will be leaving Superman/Wonder Woman with October’s issue #12 and the end of the “Doomed” crossover. As revealed by USA Today, the new creative team will consist of writer Pete Tomasi and artist Doug Mahnke. They’ll be taking over with Novembers Superman/Wonder Woman #13.
Tomasi has been been writing Batman and Robin since the start of the New 52, with the series currently showcasing the “Robin Rises” storyline and the potential return of Damian Wayne. Mahnke previously teamed with Tomasi for an issue of Batman and Robin, and has also worked on New 52 books like Green Lantern and Justice League.
