Remember when Kim Kardashian introduced Sam Smith as her “friend,” at the MTV Video Music Awards, and everyone was like, “huh?”
Well, legend has it that the two hit it off backstage at “Jimmy Kimmel Live” and, after some mutual Instagram love, it was enough for Kardashian to claim the singer as her buddy.
As it turns out, they are actually friends — proven by photos the 34-year-old reality star posted via Instagram on Thursday night.
Kim, along with Khloe Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Cara Delevingne, hit up Smith’s concert in Los Angeles. The group apparently stopped by to visit with Smith both before and after the show, and they had a blast singing along.
“We sang our hearts out,” Khloe captioned a group photo. She later shared another, writing, “I lost my voice trying to sing along.”
