The Locke & Key film has finally landed a new writer in Albert Torres.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Torres — who wrote Henry Poole Is Here — is scripting Universal’s film based on the graphical novel by Joe Hill and Gabriel Rodriguez. The wordsmith is also reportedly working on an untitled Ben 10 movie.
