is currently facing a number of issues following its release yesterday, but EA Sports is on the case. The company has launched a (via ) for the game that shows the most critical issues and informs players what is being done to correct them.
Right now, there are three pressing issues affecting Madden NFL 15, the first of which is a bug where some users’ wins and losses are not being recorded for online Connected Franchise Mode head-to-head games. Another issue involves players not being able to redeem Madden Ultimate Team codes. For these issues, EA says it is working on a resolution and hopes to deploy fixes as soon as possible.
A third Madden NFL 15 issue is perhaps the most frustrating. Some users are receiving an error message that reads, “The EA servers are not available at this time. Please try again later.” EA says it is currently researching the issue, but didn’t say anything more.
