With less than a month until release, there are new images popping up from Guardians of the Galaxy, giving us a closer look at Star-Lord, Gamora, and Drax the Destroyer in the upcoming Marvel film.

Empire revealed the new stills — seen above — for the James Gunn film. Along with the character portraits, there’s one image that showcases an intense and heavily trafficked aerial battle, surely teasing one of the many action-packed sequences from the Marvel movie.

Guardians of the Galaxy is slated to release July 31 in the UK and August 1 in the United States. Stay tuned to IGN for more on the upcoming film.
